I live below apartment 305. They have a grill on their deck. Yesterday, they were grilling while it was very windy and glowing embers blew down to my and my neighbors deck. We had to put them out at least three times. I won’t always be here to do that. Plus, two or three apartments in the grove have caught fire from this same reason in the last year or two. I called and emailed the property manager but she refuses to do anything. Her name is Regina. Thank you for your concern in this matter. Again, apartment 1425 w candlelight #305 is a repeated fire hazard with their (not allowed) charcoal grill
Electrical/fire hazard. Mylar-looking balloon very close to electrical lines and transformer.
Fireworks debris all over our house, car and property from neighbors across alley 717 Maywood Ave! We are calling our attorney!!
The owner of this house passed away months ago so it is sitting unoccupied (still owned by family but not cared for). There are multiple limbs hanging and pulling down one of the main power lines to the house. It will likely snap completely if they fall any further.
Heavy tree branch is leaning on power lines. Cooper St, between Barker and Callendar.
People down the street have strung up at least a dozen rotten/dead Christmas trees and put lights on them. This is a huge fire hazard as well as a concern to the local ecosystem. An excessive amount of birds and squirrels have been seen. These people have fires almost every night and smoke. They are one mistake away from igniting the entire neighborhood. 720 W Ridge - a one story blue house.
Car parks very close to fire hydrant. Noticed this on my way to Rolling Acres school today. Gray duplex on Imperial Dr.
People at 2016 W Gilbert Ave are allowing people to live and sleep in the garage they are running extension cord for a space heater
Not sure if I am putting this under the correct category or not but I have drove by this location a couple of times and have seen kids playing or rummaging through the garage of this house that looks vacant. Garage door was open half way. Kids ran once they saw me slowing down to look to see what was going on. Worried this property could be arson target. It’s is house on the corner of Atlantic and republic, across from glen oak Christian church.
