Resident complaining there is no door handle on inside of NE door of apartment complex so if there was a fire, residents would not be able to use that exit to get to safety.
Resident placed mulch in yard but it looks like its just woodchips and the neighbors are concerned that it is a fire hazard.
Resident at this home is collecting railroad ties and other potentially toxic wood and consistently burns all night long. Be aware, caller states that the resident has become aggressive when the Fire Department has approached in the past regarding this same issue.
