Big deep rut in alley behind 636 n park ave and 634 n park ave. I'm sure it's from the garbage truck. It's a huge rut about 1 and a half feet wide and a foot deep. Runs along the edge of the alley behind those 2 houses and maybe a little farther. I drove my car through there and the front end caught the edge of the rut and ripped a guard off of my car. Impossible to see the rut at night. I reported this over a week ago. Still nothing has been done. There's also potholes in the alley and in the street at the ends of the alley. Please patch or fix this problem so we can drive to the back of our houses without damaging our cars.
Please turn the left turn lane from Jefferson onto Wm Kumpf BACK INTO TWO TURN LANES!!! It was two left turn lanes during 74 bridge construction and it never should have been changed back to a single left turn lane. Traffic backs up to Liberty (yes, past Big Als) and several light cycles are required to get through the intersection.
In addendum to previous post, the pothole is on the side street - S. Idaho St by the alley.
The pothole is about 18" long x 12" wide x 8" deep. It's completely obscured during a rain as a large puddle forms there also. It's going to cause some damage one day. Please fill.
the alley or behind the address, also the the top of Eureka St Peoria, IL, the Alley needs a redo and a fence where all those trees were taken down, in the winter about slid down the hill where they finished the bike trail. There needs to be a streetlight at the entrance to this bike trail. It was so dark I ended up on the bike trail with my car, and because of them going up and down the ally it ruined it, it needs to be paved just like you did the bike trail, and the road at the top of eureka needs filled in, this whole project it horrible. The City has money to spend on the bike trail, but not the alley Or the streets around that area. I didn't think mini bikes were allowed.
Last year the city patched Willowlake Dr. from Willow Knolls to past Wildlife Dr. and stopped. This year the city repaired Willowlake Dr. from Willow Knolls down the hill to where the concrete paving starts. They then nicely paved the area with asphalt. Between Wildlife Dr. and the entrance tp Willow Ridge condos, there are potholes. For the last few years I have collected loose pieces of that have came out of the potholes. I use the broken concrete to riprap my shoreline. Many people walk along Willowlake Dr. daily. Cars could cause these concrete chunks to hit one of them. I see they are completely redoing the pavement and sidewalks at Wildlife and Villa Lake, Do you think the city street Maintenace crews could fix the potholes from Wildlife to Willow Ridge? Thank you
I drive this road a lot and can’t miss these. Peoria is aware of them because they tried to fill them but they’re back and worse. My car is currently inoperable because I hit these again on 5/16 and my steering was immediately compromised. On 5/17 my front axle snapped and my vehicle is inoperable because of these potholes.
