Our tree has a large branch that appears to be dead. It hangs over the public sidewalk and the street on Institute which is city property. The tree itself is on City property as well. We are the owners of the property. We have a high population of walkers and children using the sidewalk. We feel it is a danger to the community including children. It is a safety concern.The branch is big and heavy and would be deadly if it fell on a child.
