Numerous issues in home, leaks everywhere, animals can get in through front door. Landlord unresponsive for assistance.
Caller states the fence at this property in leaning onto her property
fence is broken, windows on porch are broken, garage has gunshot holes
Vacant rental house falling apart structurally. Foundation is splitting, black mold causing walls and floors to bow and break. Caller says house is not structurally safe to live in.
Back of property, fence is so dilapidated it is being held up by masses of trash and various items that homeowner has dumped in his back yard and in to the alley behind the property.

House was demolished but the left over debris was never cleaned up. Still looks like a work site but neighbors say its been left as is with no one visibly working on it for over 1 month.
House has squatters and is in despair
Lincoln Terrace. Central air not working for over 1yr, maintenance completely unresponsive for full year after 3rd party company left after not being able to park in driveway in March 2021 . 4 children with asthma in home, they cannot breathe in the high temps. Additionally, structural damage in home that has been reported multiple times but maintenance unresponsive.
Caller states there are broken windows and a garage that needs repaired or demolished
