Not sure if this is a City issue or a Sanitary District issue: Between 6603 & 6609 N Greenwich Place in Chadwick Estates, at the site of a double storm sewer drain, right behind the curb a sinkhole is developing. Currently it's slightly bigger than a basketball, but can't tell how deep it is ... but worrisome that it getting to the point where it could be a hazard for kids or pets. No clue if the sinkhole is related to the storm drains or not, but thought I should call it to someone's attention so it can be inspected before it becomes a bigger problem.
Between 400-500 W Hanssler Place. A Walmart shopping card has been randomly put in yards and in the boulevard. Please remove. Thank you.
Negligent landlord. We are withholding payment due to them refusing to fix hazards in our home. They have also blocked us from other locations so we have nowhere to live. Would only let me upload one picture but there's plenty.

So once again, some entity came and did work on N. North St. and Kentwood Ct. It has been almost 2 weeks that we have had to look at and drive around these cones and barricades. The final concrete work was completed on 7/22/22 and I am sure that the concrete has dried. Why is it that the only time anyone comes back to clean up their messes this summer is when I make a complaint? If this is not a Peoria Cares matter, please direct me to the correct people to get these construction items out of the way. Thanks so much!
Continuous large yard sale run as a business. This defacto business is going more than weekends & messing with traffic on busy McClure. It is a safety & nuisance hazard. Is this business being run on a resident lot on McClure legal?! That business needs a license & non-residential address.
Water company has overcharged me on both of my houses. The meters aren't displaying anything. They sent me a notice to change one of the meters. Then proceeded to send me a bill for 4 times more than usual. I called them. They said I might have a leak. I fix houses for a living. I guarantee you there is no leak. They are sending an inspector but he won't be there for 12 days. I'm being charged for 100 gallons of water a day. I'll get charged for another 1,200 gallons waiting for the inspector. The house is empty and nobody lives there. I guess ghosts are using an awful lot of water. I also have another house that I just found out there's nothing on the meter display and the last 2 months my bill has been twice as high. The water company has nothing but 1 star reviews. All of them. All 1 star. No satisfied reviews. None. I'm about to move out of peoria because of the water situation in this city. I moved here a year ago and I'm finding out why people are leaving this area and I'm about to leave too. Get a better water company!!!! This is rediculas. My water bill is as high as my electric bill!!!!
Home at 1409 E Richwoods has approx 8-10 dogs that are constantly barking. Calls to PCAPS have been useless. Pursuant to the city's multi pet license requirements (sec 4-66.6) "The dogs and/or cats shall be prevented from causing a nuisance pursuant to section 4-22." Please see to it that this is enforced.
Truck driving down street spraying some sort of chemical into the area. Residents have not been made aware of any type of chemical spray.
