There are 4-6 street lights on Glen Ave near Lariat steakhouse the flicker almost like a strobe- very distracting. Added by PC staff: there are 3 lights on each side of Glen Ave in a row and directly across from each other doing this. The first one is in Acme Comics lot and they work west towards the Lariat/War Memorial. All metal poles and it started Sunday evening.
Trash in Alley behind brick home located at 2318 N. Atlantic
Street signs at the corner of W Flint St and N Sterling Ave have been knocked down
Trash tote handle is broken. Leaving by alleyway for replacement.
SR # 70370 Citizen states the wrong pothole was filled. The pothole he was complaining about is in the alley at the end of the driveway.

SR#64457 Tree limb laying across the alley at 1815 W. Howett. Citizen said his fence was damaged by this tree limb as well.
SR#53020 multiple tires and mattresses were dumped on city owned lot at 1207 N Ellis
SR#51580 1721 Howett, reports that a hot tub has been dumped on city property.
