Consistently parks second car on unsaved surface
400 E. Virginia Ave Two junk cars with no plates in back yard on Missouri side of house. Car parts, junk four wheeler and garbage in back yard too. Junk trailer on road hasn’t moved in over 6 months My elderly mom lives on same street and got a notice for expired sticker, so expect the same for treatment for these people too
Litter allowed to blow all over neighborhood. Every week. You can see litter in photo. In addition on other side of can in photo on ground are pieces of plastic and other litter that is from 3weeks ago. By the fire hydrant in the yard is additional litter. This neighborhood has never had a problem with litter until these people moved in.
