3517 NE Madison-grass hasn’t been cut in a while. This is a city owned lot.

Overgrown weeds in city owned strip of land by retaining wall
I can’t seem to upload a photo. The issues is in the side yard, on Lynnwood Pl side. there is an overgrown mulberry bush intertwine with a tree or two. The branches are low and you have to walk on the street to avoid. I’ve seen others having to do this with walking dogs or baby strollers. It’s too risky to walk on Lynnwood as cars often go fast. I haven’t been able to make contact with the owner.
Scrub brush over-growing in front of abandoned house to block accessibility of public sidewalk.

2606. Very overgrown lawn and garbage cans stay at the curb - the owner never takes them to the house.
I spoke to zoning about the constant grass. The City came today mowed corner lot but failed to mow this lot. Please come mow.
