4 weeks in a row trash continues to be thrown behind the alley not in trash cans. Complaints are made, case's are closed yet no trash cleanup is being done. WHY? Is this the new norm? Are trash cans now optional?
Rodents and garbage piled everywhere. Bring 4 garbage trucks and clean this rodent habitat up.

Someone has dumped tire and trash along the side of the Rock Island Trail about 100 yards North of where trail intersects with Park Avenue (700 Block of park Ave just east of Perry St.)
Junk, looks to be pieces of car parts. On Knoxville Ave grassy area, between entrance to Park Edge Condos and Northridge Lane. Thanks!
Garbage all over front and back yard, back deck covered in trash as well. Also regularly parking on front lawn. Cars are regularly parking on front lawn as well.
Garbage and trash in alley. Thick glass is also across the alley from the shed/drive.
A few residents are throwing their junk scraps into the alley way glass, screws metal pieces it’s my only access to my driveway and I have had to have two repairs done because of it
Trash set out on Wednesday (trash day is Tuesday). Trash is falling and blowing around because it has no lid. This is slmost a weekly issue.
