3 separate piles of tree limbs were dumped in the 100 block of NE Rock Island Ave
6' fence surrounding house and padlocked gates on front and back. This is a corner house and should not have a fence this tall per city code. Previous case 53913.
Looking for resolution to previous cases #50854 & #51661. The initial violation was reported in July 2022. What is the timeframe set forth as to when we can expect the violation to be remedied? The fence was put up with blatant disregard to the city's codes.
These trees have been dead for over 2 years and completely line the yard making the neighborhood look awful. They need removed
"Neighbor is building a privacy fence far too close to my house. I have no seen a permit. The fence is so close to me that its almost touching my windows." Fence in question is at 1022.
Homeowner blows grass into street after mowing. Imposes danger to motorcycles and bicycles in neighborhood.
Regarding case #50854, which was submitted 30 days ago, yet no action has been taken by the homeowner to remedy the violation.
Soil erosion coming from new construction over sidewalks and into the street No erosion control in place.
Homeowner has installed a fence that is facing the wrong way. Posts are on the outside.
