Caller states that Willow Knolls apartments have an overflowing dumpster and states that management is not doing anything about it.
Caller phoned in stating that his employer does not have the proper measures in place to have the trash collected.
Caller states behind this address is a brown bin with an orange lid that has not been dumped and is over flowing. He states it is the rental property of Bradley students.
Caller states that the trash in overflowing without lids and has sat out on the curb for two days. caller states that trash pickup is this Friday.
