Quite often in my neighborhood, north Florence neighborhood, people leave their garbage cans out, either empty or overflowing, all week. It is such an eye-sore besides being unsanitary. Isn't there an ordinance for when you can put out your garbage can and how long you can leave it out? It would be one thing if residents would be on vacation, but it happens too often for that. Is there anyway you can send out information on this to all residents? Thank you! I appreciate your help in this matter.
