SR#37162 Tennis shoes wrapped over utility lines at Laveille and N. Monroe. Also a second pair of tennis shoes one house north of that intersection.

Graffiti on back of GW bust.
There has been black graffiti covering a stop sign impairing visibility of the sign to drivers. This corner is a pickup location for elementary school children and seems very dangerous.
