This was reported over a month ago and it has just gotten worse. Busted windows, abandoned furniture in the yard. It's a garbage dump.
Bathroom sink leaking, fallen off the wall, leaking into basement
Just moved in to rental 7/1. Sink and toilet not working, whole rental in disrepair. Fridge and stove do not work. Dead animals found while cleaning. Tenant believes they were lied to by property owner.
Home has been boarded up by the City for years and nothing is ever taken care of with it. Home needs to added to demolition list, according to caller, ASAP.
House was previously boarded up by the city. Someone has undone boards from side and back of house so they could re-enter the house.
House in major disrepair. There are several broken windows, the gutters are falling off, the shingles are coming off the leaking roof, the siding is falling off, the retaining wall in the front is rotten and falling down, the electrical is coming off the house and not connected, the grass is over a foot tall, the retaining wall in the back is rotten and falling down, the foundation is crumbling and falling apart, the mortar in the porch supports is crumbling out and the supports will fall soon bringing down the rusty metal roof above it, the soffit is falling off, the concrete steps are crumbling, the inside has water damage from the leaking roof, there are no floors, no cabinets, sinks or countertops, no appliances, the gas company cut the gas lines and took the meter, etc, etc, etc, etc. There are tons more code violations on this house. Please get rid of this piece of crap that nobody is going to fix!!!! One guy has been saying for a year that he's going to fix it. Every neighbor on this block knows very well he's not going to fix it. He doesn't have the knowledge or the money to fix it. And right now he's been living in this crap hole. Neighbor said he's using the yard for a bathroom. How long before he burns the place down trying to cook food with an open fire in a coffee can or something??? This house is WAY WAY WAY beyond repair and now there's a person squatting in it!!!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY REDICULAS!!!!
Several months ago this house installed a pool in the back yard. There is fence in disrepair propped up but is not according to code if you have a pool.

Building is open and vacant, windows are open, property on city demo list. Needs to be boarded up.
Garage needs painting. Paint is peeling to the bare wood.
