1214 E Norwood Ave Peoria Il 61603 is my rental property, we have a commercial property next door. I have tried to contacted the landlord of the commercial space because their fence is about to fall onto my property. After reaching out multiple times the issue has not been resolved.
there is a large appliance in the alley (stove maybe) behind this address, has been there for over a week
Trash, mattresses and microwave, emptied out of now vacant home located at 111 E. Maywood, been sitting out for over 4 days directly behind 115 E. Corrington Ave
There are mattresses thrown out in the dumpster area. There are mattresses laying in the wooden dumpster enclosure so the dumpster has been put in the parking lot and not the screened in area. There is a mattress also laying outside the enclosure in the grass near the dumpster. They have been there for at least 2 weeks and are not covered in snow and ice. While I realize this will happen when people move out and they'll just put it anywhere, the apt management knows their trash service will not pick them up. They need to make arrangements to have it hauled away and legally dumped. This is the dumpster on the east side of Rockvale.
Vacant home, Panel off of home has fallen onto the gutter of home located at 1925 W. Garden
