We have discovered rats burrowed in around our patio & garage. Property next door (1401 N Cole Ct) is a rental and yard is not maintained, property across the street (1410 N Cole Ct) has been deemed uninhabitable which may be leading to our current rat issue.
There is a rodent problem at a vacant property at 503 E Archer. I have seen sittings of rats and raccoons at this property. I have seen rats on my deck at night and along my driveway during daylight. I would like my property 508 E Archer, 502 E Archer and my neighbor at 500 E Archer baited. We have found holes in backyards where they are burrowing.
Behind 1211 SW Adams on Meyer. Raccoons and rats returned as this trash has not been removed since December!!! If you need Intel on what's going on inside please contact me. I realize my building has many building materials out back however it does not contribute to the rodent and lazy issue from 1211. I have asked them and emailed the owner with zero obvious support to clean it up. Thank you PC
The grass on the North side of the property goes unmowed, and the residents' dog feces is not picked up, leaving a feast for the local rat population.
