small cargo trailer has been parked there for some time
voice mail was left - several issues need to be addressed: no permits, single dwelling family home - someone living in upper level, seems to think there are several code violations.
The neighbor on the left as you face Mom's house has the notices on his door for not complying with city codes I am told and the one on the right has the railroad ties that she would like removed. Again, I appreciate your getting back to us and your willingness to take a look at the situation. Thanks. Russ Coburn
Subject: neighbor's garbage Message: Neighbors at 204 insist on keeping garbage cans at their front door in violation of sec.13-40. In hot weather I can't sit on front porch for smell. I told them and they took them to back for a bit, but said it was too 'inconvenient". They also put garbage on the street days ahead of pick-up day. I am tired of living with their garbage. people moved in about a month ago and has put a shed in the front yard, it's been there several days
Rosilee is with the Averyville North Neighborhood Assoc. they never see police officers patroling the area they would like to see more patroling
at the corner of 4102 N. University and Purtscher there is a couch in the yard
2 sheds in backyard, one is a "canvas" shed and it has a car under it, old truck and a hauling trailer in the backyard
city tree is 85% dead, limbs are falling on roof and just about hit her grandson
