The unit next door, 4309 Lora Ann Lane, Peoria, Illinois 61615 has had to have their refrigerator replaced. The old one with door intact has been sitting on the sidewalk in front of the unit for at least 3-4 days so far. A tragedy waiting to happen. The unit is managed by ReMax property Management.
there is a large tree right next to the street, the roots are overgrown above grass, it's hard to tell if it's in the ROW. Person came into City Hall to see if the City would come look at it to cut down.

Address for Service Request: Heading Eastbound on Perry street, just before entering the intersection at Sterling. Description of Service Request: There is a tree with very low hanging branches in the leftmost lane which could use a trim. It catches taller cars and motorcycle riders if they can't get out of the way in time!
