Duplex. Basement of rental has standing raw sewage. Landlord is Richard Pearson and has been completely unresponsive to this issue as well as issues at his other rental.
The caller states that the sewer drain in the street has been damaged and should be addressed before someone gets hurt. Caller states it is at the corner
2403 West Malone 61605 sewer problems backing up into basement and the landlord states that it is due to using toilet paper
Basement is flooded with standing water for almost 2 weeks. Resident is a renter--Landlord said they had to contact property owner but there has been no other response. Tenant is afraid of bio hazards that come with standing water and states that property management is getting ready to sell home to new owner, so tenant believes this issue will not be resolved by them willingly.
Tenant has a problem with sewerage backing up in her basement. Th landlord is not fixing the problem and it continues to happen.
