The renters at 1116 East Seneca Place moved out last weekend and left tons of trash in the alley. People have been going through it and now there is loose trash all up and down the alley. A lot of what is piled out there the trash man probably won't pick up tomorrow.
threw a large sectional sofa onto the curb several weeks ago Can someone assist with its removal?
All kinds of bags and trash out of their can and the men picked up what they could on collection day but there was still a bunch of loose trash laying in the alley and blowing around.
The above referenced home is vacant and now there are unwanted visitors. Please have this home boarded ASAP. Thank you.
You’ve been at this property in the past for the same issue. It worse now. Seems they run a business out of this location and debris and other stuff is all over. Your officer will immediately see how unsightly this is. I truly hate reporting this but it’s so upsetting to see such a mess and no effort to clean it up.
"dumpster enclosure. Trash overflow is not only a frequent property reoccurrence upon the premises but akin to a neighborhood biohazard d from contaminated litter debris strewn and wind blown drifting beyond the premises. Please conduct frequent inspections and cite the property management for such gross negligence. If requested, I can take and forward photos for evidence."
Trash and litter at alleyway outside trash tote.
Someone made a clearing in the woods across from the Salvation Army at 2903 W Nebraska. Apparently there has been a party in that clearing. Solo cups etc.
A dumpster has been in the driveway for months. I contacted the realtor, Mari Halliday at Jim Maloof Realty, but nothing has been done. Is there a time frame for leaving a dumpster on a residential property?
Severe rodent issue. This has been an ongoing issue prior to 2020.
