Trees overgrown and blocking view. Drivers have to pull out past stop sign to see traffic. There is also a fire station in the area which increases danger of the visual obstruction.

Intersection of Richard Pryor and Percy Baker (moving north) there are tree limbs completely obscuring the stop sign.
Chain link fence in alleyway is covered with weeds blocking view of University. Drivers have to pull partially onto University to see at which point they are endangering themselves and others.
