Basement floods, informed landlord over a month ago that the basement floods noting has been done. The basement is currently flooded.
Caller stated there is standing water that he is concerned is a code violation. Water is coming from the back side of the old vet clinic at 6115 N Sheridan Rd.
Storm water drain is flooding
Road repair was done in front of this home and now there seems to be standing water and run off issues whenever it rains or snow accumulation melts.
Water constantly coming up from drains, floors very damaged, nails coming up from floor, windows broken. (Property management trying to sue for unpaid rent--even though tenant is paid up--with all these needed repairs undone.) Contact resident at 309.231.2297
Citizen is concerned that there are clogged drains/pipes on her property that are causing flooding issues.
Road floods in front of this house and in driveway after every rain. Wants to know what can be done since she pays a tax to the city for storm water drainage. She says she didnt have this problem before the city put down new blacktop on this road last year.
Caller left voicemail late last night that there appears to be a large water leak at this address
SR # 69338 Mosquitoes in drainage ditch area. Stagnate water needs to be drained. Please inspect and remove.
property has a sump pump that is draining in the side yard between the house and the sidewalk. yard is constantly wet which is going to be a mosquito breeding area as the weather gets warmer. Sump pump pumps water even when we have not had rain for several days. The water runs along the sidewalk and down the street for a block. not the first complaint regarding this
