Your system kicked out the complaint before all the photos were uploaded
Williams Automotive Repair. 3026 SW Adams St Peoria IL 61605. Suspected unlicensed auto repair shop. Refused to supply business license number or any other business identification when asked. Changing labor pricing during repairs process without notify customer of change from initial quote. They are charging "Storage Fee" and other add-ons not posted or told about prior to starting repairs. Cussing out customers on the phone when asked what charges were.
This neighbor has trash falling from their garbage can almost weekly…and never pick it up after collections days. So it just blows around to other’s properties.
Trash cans sit at the road for 10+ days at a time, even this winter with heavy snows. Snow plows were going around them.
Pallets and wood dumped behind garages at The Grove facing vacant lot in 1700 block of Candletree
There are at least two 4 wheelers and a mini bike that are broken down being stored under tarps in the backyard. They work on them quite often and the sound is utterly obnoxious. Far louder than even a chainsaw.
Overflowing dumpsters on nearly a daily basis. Area around dumpster and enclosure has trash on ground. Dumpster never places in enclosure after emptied.
There is a horrible rotting flesh or Fish smell throughout the Sommer Place neighborhood. Not sure if it’s chemical, sewer or other issue or if it is a hazardous material. Other neighbors also notice. I offered to make contact. Wed Jan 26, 7pm

White Nissan maxima parked the wrong way on the boulevard. Garbage and trash inside it, and on top of car. Needs moved or towed today. Very dark road at night, someone will hit it when driving around the bend. The owners have garbage and trash everywhere, and it's a fire hazard. The yard has been like this for 2 years. Need something done about it.
