Please cite the owner/landlord because this is an ONGOING issue and is fixed for a week or so then right back to garbage everywhere and it is blowing down to our property. I don’t want this to become habitual where I have to keep picking up litter that’s has blown from 610 W Armstrong.
Litter is everywhere once again… looks terrible for when we have guests staying at our property as she operate a short term rental in the same alley way. Thanks in advance for addressing this issue once again.
3808 N. University 61614. Storm windows busted and busted glass on ground in front yard. auto debris and shattered auto glass from pickup that crashed into front of house on Nov. 29 2022 (check police report), front storm door busted, downspouts in front yard mangled, gutters overloaded with debris, peeling exterior paint on several areas of siding, basement window open and exposed to elements and critters, soffits on back of house warping and birds nesting inside soffits, huge limbs on ground in back yard that have broken off unkept trees on property, unraked leaves from fall piled against back of house. I hope Peoria cares. I have to look at this neglected disgusting mess every day
Furniture of all kinds piled on porch, side yard, back yard, drive way. Has been this way for almost 1 year.
Dumpster area at these apartments has many bags of trash as well as all kinds of loose trash all over the ground.
Back yard completely covered with trash and house/construction debris. Caller says it is visible from the alley behind the house.
Abandoned car in driveway for over a year!
