3 years ago next door neighbor burned furniture in back yard and melted his vinyl fence and siding. He has weeds that are at least 12 feet high.
Caller states that the storm water drain is collapsing and making the side walk unsafe. Caller states it is also causing there mailbox to sink as well.
Caller states that he is unable to provide the actual address but it is in 3800 Block of North Columbus and has large pieces of furniture in the front yard

Residents at this address are keeping up their front yard, but the backyard has not been mowed all season.
Building is or lease and currently vacant. Wooded fenced in area in back where a dumpster would normally be, people dumping in there now. Mattresses, tires, and other junk that is starting to attract rodents.
Unoccupied home with an unkept yard
Caller states there is trash at the curb and concerned about the rain. Caller states pick up is Tuesday.
