Furniture in yards and on the steps. Has Been like this for a couple of weeks.
Back yard has a couch against the fence. There is also a lot of trash piled near back door. Trash is being spread whenever the wind picks up. Saving paper to burn and is open burning. Pile of trash is larger.
Someone was put out at this address, there is a whole house worth of furniture, clothing, garbage etc in front yard.

Smoke detectors chirping in multiple apartments. Unsure if chirping is coming from apartments or the hallway.
Is it possible to bait the alley-side of the fence line? There are many rodents coming from the RV parked in the alley. Home owner has dogs and does not want bait inside her property but would like the outside of her fence-line baited.
There is a couple living in the garage at this address. It does not have utilities hooked up.

Mice and rats in back yards. Please bait. Was able to see them on camera.
Furnace broke a month ago and landlord has brought space heaters but expresses he has no intention of fixing the furnace.
