500 block between W. Forrest Hill Ave. and W. Melbourne Ave. Bordered by N. Ellis St. and N. Boots Ave. Alleyway is full of overgrowth with weeds over 3' high. Partially blocking the alley.
Re: case number 50598, the property owner was never notified if an abatement was completed and needs verification via court purposes. Said she does not believe the abatement was completed.
Truck on jack on driveway for over 1 month. Drive way full of furniture and junk. Pool in backyard full at all times with no gate around it.
3ft deep pool with no fence around it in the front yard. No adults seen outside. Pool is full at all times.
Empty home and overgrown grass and weeds.
Front yard is in excess of 3ft tall, keeping caged rabbits in overgrown backyard as well.
Cracks in ceiling, can see water pooling, intense rotting/wet wood smell. Electrical issues in home that resident is concerned may be a safety issue. Landlord unwilling to investigate issues.
Landlord completely remodeled duplex--had tenants leave for 17 days. Claimed it was because the subfloor had water damage from leaking bathroom, never repaired the issues. Removed and remodeled a bunch of walls, cabinets and flooring in this house. Tenant thinks some work done needed permits that the landlord never got from the city. Bathroom is still leaking. Insulation is falling out of walls in basement due to moisture. Visible holes in ceilings and walls.
