Ripped bags of garbage on front porch, mattresses in front yard.

House was previously boarded up by the city. Someone has undone boards from side and back of house so they could re-enter the house.
Caller states that her home is infested with mice inside and wants her house baited outside to help control it. She has contacted her landlord and he says that there isn't anything further that he can do.
Caller states the KFC has overgrown grass and weeds at the fence and that it makes the neighborhood look bad and want something done about it ASAP.
