Rodent issue due to trash all over the place
Apt 4204 is requesting that rat bait is put in the exterior. There are several rats coming into my home. I live in City Scape apts. I contacted the office and PHA and was informed that this issue is not a priority. I have a son who has severe allergies, so it is a priority. Please send someone to my home to get this resolved. I am desperate and in need of alternative answers and solutions to this problem.
We had a Columbia Terrace North Neighborhood meeting on Saturday. It was brought to our attention that their is rat activity around the building the neighborhood owns in the park at the end of N. Bourland. I volunteered to contact you so you can notify the correct City department. The contact person is Jonathan Lytle of 1417 N. Bourland (he lives in red house next to park).
We own rental property on W. Nowland Avenue in Peoria, IL. Our tenants at 922 and 924 have seen rats on the properties. We had to have a wildlife company come and trap two raccoons on the property and they caught a huge rat in a live trap. This is a health and safety issue.
