This property has a sump pump that is pumping water into next door neighbors backyard as well as Sterling Middle School's property. Neighboring residents would like the issue to be fixed so water is draining properly.
Apartment is in very poor living conditions. The caller would like the city to evaluate the living conditions.

Basement floods, informed landlord over a month ago that the basement floods noting has been done. The basement is currently flooded.

vacant home, pond is overflowing --1122 W. Cayman Cove, neighbors are concerned due to small children in the area,
