Caller is on rental property and states that there is a green Toyota parked behind her garage on the property. Caller states is does no belong to the landlord of the property as well.
Vehicle with plate number of CC12179 parked in lot of this business (O'Reily's on Knoxville) for almost two weeks.

Address for reference only. 1 vehicle with expired stickers parked in same place for over 1 year, unmoved. Residents of apartments having to park elsewhere, suspect this car in inoperable.
2 vehicles suspected to belong to this address are being parked in the spaces specifically for the apartments across the street. Vehicles have broken windows.
Approximately 5 Cars on flats sitting in the yard. Rats have also been viewed on this property so caller advised inspectors to be carful not to be bitten
6 vehicles parked on the grass and home isn't occupied
Tan Dodge Ram was abandoned in back yard (Plate #G ripp). Has been there for a week or two.
Car with flat tire and expired plate parked in driveway for months.
A camper and a "home made" trailer in the driveway. Code enforcement has been there for this before, says neighbor.
