Home was demolished a couple weeks ago and debris still has not been cleaned up.
Water damage to home that's rented. Landlord said tenant takes too many showers and does too much laundry and is causing condensation. Damage started as spots in Livingroom and landlord painted over the black/brown spots . Current damage is in the hallway and into the foyer. The ceiling is beginning to sag. Walls are showing yellow streaming stains.
Storm blew fence onto neighboring property and property owner isn't resolving issue. Been an issue for 1-2 weeks.
Whole front yard is dug up--mud pit. Has been like this since fall of 2021.
Workers tore up yard/land on this property while doing work next door at 933. Resident here is a renter and she is disabled and has hurt herself multiple times entering/exiting her residence because the land was never cleaned up in any way. Landlord is unresponsive.
Caller states that this property is an eye sore. Children in the neighborhood are have bust the windows, there is garbage all around and it smells. Caller wants this property cleaned up.

Caller states that her landlord will not repair the link in her bathroom that is causing water damage to her Livingroom ceiling. Caller will like a call prior to investigation so that she can provide you assess to the home.
