Lincoln Terrace. Central air not working for over 1yr, maintenance completely unresponsive for full year after 3rd party company left after not being able to park in driveway in March 2021 . 4 children with asthma in home, they cannot breathe in the high temps. Additionally, structural damage in home that has been reported multiple times but maintenance unresponsive.
Caller states there are broken windows and a garage that needs repaired or demolished
Garage door is rotting and using the garage for yard waste storage. Grass is overgrown.
Lights in home flickering a lot but not due to bulbs. Really bad rodent issue and management isn't responsive.
Rental home. Furnace and duct system does not work at all, landlord refuses to fix. Tenant says home is unlivable and would like someone to come out and look at multiple issues. Please contact the tenant when able to come out.
Roof sinking in and looks bad. excessive growth and trash
. Door is open and has a bad smell emanating from it, trash is in the backyard people are entering from the backdoor (no door on the house. Front is boarded up). Grass is overgrown
The Grove Apartments. AC still out at Grove Apts multiple buildings. Maintenance has been completely unresponsive to fixing AC in multiple buildings. Multiple tenants in this building 1425 are resorting to using window units that are not secured and in danger of falling and hurting someone, but this is only because maintenance is not fixing AC and claiming it is not their responsibility.
Weak fence caller states that it is in their yard
Maintenance unresponsive to multiple issues; AC is out, hot water has been out, other issues gone unrepaired for over a week.
