Furniture in the back yard against fence. Fridge in the back yard with doors attached. Plastic bags of garbage on alley (Trash day was Wednesday)
Caller states that there is a basketball rim in the street.
Above ground 4ft deep pool in backyard with no fence around it. Neighbors concerned about safety of children.
Motor home parked in driveway--caller says code enforcement took hers so she is reporting a different one.
This address erected a fence that crosses the property line. Neighbors would like someone to inspect.
Fridge sitting out with doors attached and not secured.
Caller states that the water has just been shut off due to the landlord not paying the sewer bill.
Large pool placed in backyard with no fence around it. Numerous children on block.
Note: this issue was originally reported and closed with no change to the issue, see case49432 : Awful smell coming from this apartment for over two months. Neighbors have tried contacting landlord multiple times as they have seen bugs and rodents coming/going form this apartment and landlord has been totally unresponsive. Neighbors suspect something died in this apartment. Tenant in Apt B6 will let code enforcement in building.
