This house on 6002 N Keenland 61614 has been vacant for many years and the yard and weeds are way out of control. Bushes are almost as tall as the house and the yard needs cut.
Weeds are nearly as tall as I am in the area between the sidewalk and the street. There is enough shade that the front yard does not look too bad other than weed trees growing at the steps. I contacted the person on the For Sale sign who responded that she forwarded my concern to the owner. It needs addressed as it is impacting the appearance of the entire neighborhood!
Rental property at 4109 Chelsea Pl. has weeds at its fence line along the public way which have grown to over 10 ft. My neighbor at the rear of this property has sent pictures of this lack of care by the property owner into code enforcement. The owner of the property lives in Tazewell county.
The house at 1109 E. Gift Avenue has dumped chunks of broken concrete, garbage, glass and a recliner chair in the alley behind that house. It has been accumulating there for over 2 weeks. Thank you.
the whole length of the alley from Prospect to Wisconsin is overgrown with trees, weeds, brush and bushes people have planted. I am wondering who is responsible for keeping them cut back and can it be done soon? I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks. Peggy Bosley

They have a small tote and it is not adequate for their garbage for it is over flowing and have all kinds of plastic bags and boxes of garbage out each Tuesday for pick up. we have had problems with raccoons and finally got every one to use closed containers on our cul-de-sac and now we are back to square one with this particular family. The yard is extremely high and I worry about things living in there and possibly coming over to my property. Secondly the trees are ridiculously overgrown in the rear of the house. The trees on the side of the garage consistently grow into my yard and damage my lawn with the berries it grows, also damaging the fence I will not replace my fence until something is done about these trees. I've tried to trim the portion hanging in my yard in previous years but it continues to be more and more every year.
