weeds are 36' tall in yard and sidewalk area
The lawn is full of weeds and is an eyesore that the whole neighborhood must suffer with. The yard has not been mowed this year. If it is an abandoned house,
Hello I am the on site manager at 805 w pine hill lane apts 61614. I pick up the garbage several times a day at and around my building. All the apt buildings around me are a mess, garbage and junk everywhere. Can you have someone come out and check the properties. My building Pine Hill Ln apts is the only one kept up. I pick up junk and garbage blown over from every other place. Ty
Subject: Property Maintenance Message: There are apartments in Northgate Park on Chartwell Rd next to the Endocrinology Office and Dentist Office. They are not maintaining their ravine, leaving overgrowth and garbage in the ravine. Sally Taylor who lives next to the apartments is extremely angry that the ravine is deteriorating and flooding her yard
Please check 3410 N. Bigelow Street. There is an overflowing rolloff parked in front of the house that needs to be removed and probably should not have been there at all. It has been there for about three weeks. Thank you.
Multiple inoperable vehicles, garbage/debris in front yard
The house at 721 W. Eleanor Pl. has a crane or sissor lift parked in its driveway towards the back of the house. It is an industrial looking item and has been in the driveway for a few months. The house is vacant and there is no apparent reason why the owner of the property has this eyesore in the driveway. I want the city to get this item removed. Thank you.
Message: This home is being used as an auto repair business. This is not allowed in the city. Please stop this.
My neighbor had a tree cut down in the front of her yard, but the branches were not removed. As a result, the branches are in her front yard and on our shared boulevard. In addition, she cut down tree branches and dumped them in my yard. I moved them to her trash area so she could clean them up. The next morning she dumped them back in my yard again. I am not entirely sure what to do or who can help.
I live in the Uplands, try very hard to keep yard looking nice. Also behind my garage, though was hit with a fifty dollar fine for growing wild flowers back there. The house is an eye sore that affects the entire subdivision. The front yard at the house next to the above noted address is full of junk trees, and weeds. I feel it is the city's responsibility to approach the owner, have the mess cleaned up, or she should pay a large fine, let the city clean it up. Seeing her front porch, the house is probably a fire hazard. I don't own a smart phone, so I can't send a picture. Believe me it is very large mess.
