Hello I am the on site manager at 805 w pine hill lane apts 61614. I pick up the garbage several times a day at and around my building. All the apt buildings around me are a mess, garbage and junk everywhere. Can you have someone come out and check the properties. My building Pine Hill Ln apts is the only one kept up. I pick up junk and garbage blown over from every other place. Ty
I live in the Uplands, try very hard to keep yard looking nice. Also behind my garage, though was hit with a fifty dollar fine for growing wild flowers back there. The house is an eye sore that affects the entire subdivision. The front yard at the house next to the above noted address is full of junk trees, and weeds. I feel it is the city's responsibility to approach the owner, have the mess cleaned up, or she should pay a large fine, let the city clean it up. Seeing her front porch, the house is probably a fire hazard. I don't own a smart phone, so I can't send a picture. Believe me it is very large mess.
There is garbage strewn about the alley behind the 1900 block of North Milton Court. It is behind a garage at the second to last house at the north end of the court where its alley meets the Eleanor Place alley. This house has had this problem before and they don't seem to have a garbage toter from PDC. Thank you for your assistance.

They have a small tote and it is not adequate for their garbage for it is over flowing and have all kinds of plastic bags and boxes of garbage out each Tuesday for pick up. we have had problems with raccoons and finally got every one to use closed containers on our cul-de-sac and now we are back to square one with this particular family.
