These neighbors have rocks piled up and p gravel all over their backyard. This is diverting water to the property behind them at 8631 N. Picture Ridge Rd. and creating flooding problems every time it rains. Area needs inspected.
Water left in retention basin for eight months. There is four feet of water left in this area and it's not being maintained by the property owner. This is dangerous if kids play around it and also this is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Popeye's Chicken created a berm when they moved to this property. The mulch in this area is starting to wash away. Their water run off is going into the neighbor's yard and creating ruts. Someone from the City came to look at this issue months ago an nothing was done. Neighbor is frustrated and looking for assistance.
1418 N. Colfax Ct. has raw sewage backing up into basement during heavy rain, "would like sewer drain cleared to prevent backup"
