Address for reference: issue is on Walton Rd but there are no addresses I could find for it. Caller says there are large chunks of concrete that have come up and are laying on the road near this address.
Street needs repairs close to sidewalk. Drainage backup with rocks and debre. Sidewalk also uneven and crumbling near this area
Business parking lot is littered with multiple pot holes, they are unavoidable. Unsure of whether the city has any control over the state of this lot or if its up to the private businesses to take care of it.

potholes and broken up concrete at entrance of parking lot to business office.
addresses affected: 3109 N University (driveway behind AutoZone) and the parking lot of 3125 N University in Peoria, Il. numerous very large, unsafe potholes. This has caused at least two blown tires. Landowner refuses to repair.
