The city sidewalk/driveway is unsafe, cracking cement, raised cement creates tripping hazards.
The tree at the front of the property is splitting and needs to be cut down. It's a hazard for my home next door at 1807 n linn st.
I live next to an abandoned house with a sketchy tree that looks like with a few more rain storms it might fall on my house. What do I do? Who do I call?
Raccoons are climbing in and out of the house using the porch roof as a way to get to their entrance.

Wires hanging from ceiling in hallways. Mushrooms growing out of walls in basements. Roofs that leak through walls down 3 floors to basement. Potholes I. Drives that have ruined residents rims and tires. Residents that have had to beg to be moved to another apartment because of black mold. Unfinished work in apartments that they don’t care to come back out and fix. Broken, gross and moldy floors in common areas of all buildings. Office staff that could care less when you ask them about any of the things that are wrong. Air/heating ducts that have NEVER been leaned. You can see water sometimes in the floor vents when it rains a lot. Office staff that never enforce the rules of the residents leases. Bug issues that they never resolve. Fence in back and carports in back falling apart. Furniture that is out by dumpsters and has been sitting out there for months in the rain. It looks like people living there. The place is a dump and I can’t believe people are living there. Someone REALLY needs to look into this place!

Continued multiple hazards behind the buildings on Candletree Drive including a broken bridge, large sinkhole covered with a board, and broken and unsafe sidewalk. Sinkhole first reported by residents in 2019. Multiple inspector visits and warnings to management including last visit on 6/24 (case 39276) but no effort to repair anything.
