My neighbor (@ 5519 N Cedarwilde ct) had parked his car with its rear wheel (on the passenger side) on a jack since March this year. It has become a hazar in our neighborhood. The owner of the house had ignored other neighbors’ concerns and advices. Please help to remove this hazard he had created.

The city sidewalk/driveway is unsafe,cracking cement,raised cement creates tripping hazards.
