Both main entrance doors to building are missing glass and interior of building is exposed to elements. Also, 1st floor fire doors have been propped open for a week.
The utility boxes on my property are damaged and have never been repaired (in two separate locations). How do I go about getting those fixed?
I live next to this property and it has overgrown trees and vines hanging over my home. there are also drain tiles on that property that dump water onto mine. I have contacted the village of Bartonville in the past with no results. I have just tried to contact them again. I don't know who owns that property now. This is a condominium property, and I rent from S & Property Management. On Monday, May 30, 2022, a now-former tenant accidentally broke a window on the second story stairway landing, thus shattering it completely. I called the after-hours emergency maintenance telephone number for S & S Property Management and left them a message informing them of this incident. One of their maintenance staff did come over to take a look at the damage and also took pictures. Afterward, the window was then taped with what looks to me like duct tape. There is also construction tape surrounding that area and the back door entrance to the building, where much of the glass has fallen. My concern is that, even now, this window has not been boarded up. There is still a considerable amount of glass on the ground, and there are also several large shards of glass in the window itself that could fall and become quite injurious to anyone in that area of the building. We have some tenants and residents with young children, and others are being treated for physical conditions that limit greatly their ability to utilize the front door entrance. I do not want to present myself as the sole spokesperson for this situation and the other tenants but am simply expressing my concerns regarding the potential safety hazards of this incident. I have spoken with two of them and discovered they have been in touch with S & S several times, and one of them informed me that she was actually cursed at. Should any of the other tenants of this building be willing to contact your office, I will provide them with the contact information for the City Code Enforcement Department. I do not have any photos as yet of the window but am willing to provide you with some. The other tenants I have spoken with about this also have some. House destroyed by fire need to be demolished. Home is also surrounded by tall weeds which need to be cut down and cleaned up. Thank you
Large tree at the front (left of the front driveway) of this house is rotted out at the bottom need to be cut down. It is Dangerous!. A lot of Leaves and weeds in the side and back of this home which has been there for the last couple of years and need to be cleaned up. A portion of the grass was recently cut but not all of the grass in the back of the house and side of the home. Property needs cleaned up.
East entrance door glass was broken on Sunday. Maintenance removed broken glass but did not board up or cover door. Now interior of building is exposed to elements.
House needs to have boards put back on it. People are squatting in the little room with the 3 above the door. Boards are peeled off the back door, side door and windows. Kids are playing inside at times.
All windows broken out of this home including large front picture window. Tall weeds on side of home. Home need to be secured!
