Large sinkhole behind buildings for several years. Still not fixed.
Boarded up window on vacant apartment since October.
Fence has fallen down behind my neighbors house. The back side of the fence is connected to Whitney’s veterinary hospital off of Knoxville ave.
The Garage is in disrepair and roof is falling in and sides of garage is rotted. Need to.be torn down.
Property owner/landlord calling to ask code enforcement to go to this rental and put pressure on the tenants to get their water turned back on. He says he found out the tenants have not had the water on for over a month--he is beginning the eviction process but wants code to come out because it will still be a while going through the process and there are children living in the house without water (or trash) services active.
I have not had a furnace for over a week and they gave us space heaters and I feel in safe because we already have electrical issues on top of no heat! Four seasons aren’t doing as they should to keep up with what they need to do
This house has been vacant for years while slowing falling apart. The brick chimney fell off some time ago and now the porch is about to give way. Neighbor says one good wind storm could take the whole house.
This property has holes in the ceiling from moisture and severe mold in one bathroom. The front porch roofing material has come almost entirely detached and the right side porch column in starting to lean. There is also crumbling vinyl tile in the kitchen that poses a probable asbestos contamination hazard to the current tenants.
house has had tarp on full roof for over 8 yrs . gutters falling off or not there garage is unsafe and falling down and yard and drive have old care sitting there for 3 yrs at least . people are living there and this house is creating rats and rodents coming in and out of it. no one seems to want to repair it and it is a eyesore and a hazard
