Large tree at the front (left of the front driveway) of this house is rotted out at the bottom need to be cut down. It is Dangerous!. A lot of Leaves and weeds in the side and back of this home which has been there for the last couple of years and need to be cleaned up. A portion of the grass was recently cut but not all of the grass in the back of the house and side of the home. Property needs cleaned up.
East entrance door glass was broken on Sunday. Maintenance removed broken glass but did not board up or cover door. Now interior of building is exposed to elements.
Elevator is inoperable and residents are unable to traverse the building, doors to entry doors are chained, Main entry door isn't locked as it should be for security. Caller had to ring bell for over 30 minutes to response from anyone. Walls have peeling paint and there is concern regarding lead paint, multiple ceiling tiles are missing and exposing leaking pipes.
Only allows residents to enter through keypad, but keypad does not always work. Caller believes residents should have access to keys as well
House is structurally unsound. Renters have been experiencing sinking/shifting floors and rooms that used to be flat-floored now have slopes. Landlord has been unresponsive to this issue for 2 months.
Garage rotted out, unstable structure. Animals living in property.
The garage shed in the back of their house is collapsing and it’s right next to my property. There’s a giant hole in the roof, and is a giant eyesore.
Concrete wall is falling into alley- can this be cleaned up and fixed?
1018 E Richwoods Blvd peoria,il 61603 this property has broken windows in the front of the structure and possible animals going in the house.
House needs to have boards put back on it. People are squatting in the little room with the 3 above the door. Boards are peeled off the back door, side door and windows. Kids are playing inside at times.
