Again I am reporting speeding on the street. You keep closing the report saying, "No Location." I used the location option on every report. I included my phone number IN the last report. So now I am filing this last report before I go to the next step in getting attention so maybe this will be looked into. The section of W. Nowland Ave. between N. University St. and N. Broadway St. in the city of Peoria. I am not complaining about the light speeders but on the ones going 35-80+ mph. The street is being used as a 1/4 mile it seems.
Car has been parked to close to stop sign for about 2 weeks. The snow plows cant plow near the sign and cars driving to the sign cant get out of way of oncoming cars because there is no room. I believe there is a minimum distance for packing in front of a stop sign. This is only feet away from the sign. Now there is a lot of ice too. There will be an accident if the car isn't moved.

have lived in eight different cities in three countries throughout my life and I have never seen a city where blowing red lights is so commonplace as it is in Peoria. Every day, I see anywhere from one to five drivers blow red lights, accelerating as soon as the light turns yellow and even more so as it transitions to red, right in front of police vehicles, only for no enforcement to take place. I fully understand that this is an unwinnable fight, especially with distracted driving on the rise, marijuana use increasingly mixed with driving and more aggressive driving than ever before due to the various lockdowns. However, when the bulk of the red light blowing occurs where SW Jefferson Avenue, N William Kumpf Boulevard and SW Adams Street all meet (a mere block from the Peoria Police Department), it becomes all the less excusable. As an avid runner, it especially gives me pause when drivers are increasingly unpredictable, erratic and dangerous whenever I cross various streets throughout downtown Peoria. If people fear for their lives when walking throughout Peoria at night (a separate issue altogether), let alone when doing something as simple as crossing the street, we can only reasonably expect for the population of downtown Peoria to dwindle and more businesses and more to leave.
gate is left up again or broken again and the HOA keeps piling their snow outside of their property and in front of the public fire hydrant. this is a constant repeated action.
There is a vehicle parked in front of 3205 W Capitol Dr. that has the rear window missing. The vehicle has been parked like this for at least 6 months and appears that it is not being driven or has been moved. The vehicle is parked in such a manner, that rear end is out away from the curb and is difficult to drive around with on coming traffic.
