At 2709 N. Dechman Av they have people come and visit them they through their garbage in the street in the yard in the neighbors yard also they will play their car radio loud sometime The neighbors have talk to about these complaints and I just laugh it off. Also it's a dead-end street cars go flying up and down the street and the speed limit sign is 25 that's really too fast maybe 15 miles an hour we got little kids around somebody is going to get hit one of these days or killed one of these days the people has asked them to slow down and they just kick it in the higher gear and laugh about it!! Thanks
