This house is empty but there is a really skinny white guy with tattoos that stays at this house from time to time. I always see him walking around the east bluff with his shirt off. He has a shaved head and looks like a meth or crack addict. He shows up at this house and hangs out for the day, craps in a bag and leaves it on the sidewalk and then he's at some other house. He seems to be staying at the same houses that this maintenance company is "maintaining". Someone's running a bunch of overnight flop houses in the east bluff.

Homeless man, at one time very intellectual. Presently, severely mentally ill. He is parked on the 900 block of W. Windom, in a taupe/beige Cadillac filled with garbage and has taken up residence in front of Bradley University's dormitory. License plate #243-3138. He will need some assistance and mental health/social work help and someone to find a proper place for him to live. This spring and summer he lived on Richard Pryor Blvd., until he was reported to the City...he's back. Ugh.
On Saturday afternoon while walking through my neighborhood, I discovered that there are person(s) living in a tent under the new bridge/box culvert on Sheridan Road. This would be approximately the 1800 block of N. Sheridan Road. It appears this is a "camp" of a homeless person. This would seem to be an unsafe situation for the neighbors, students at Peoria Central High, and for the homeless person themselves.
