N. Nebraska Ave. just past Park in right hand lane going Est. (Approximately 10-15 feet). Huge pot holes. Caused caller's rim to crack on car

Storm drain is flooded in this block on the east side of the street. Said you can't miss it as it's flooding into the road. Gentlemen tried to unclog it himself but didn't meet any obstructions while doing so, so he thinks whatever it is must be "deep".
Caller states that in the alley at the above address there is a broken TV with glass everywhere and wants to know if the city can clean it up
Caller states that at 150 heading west hit by derby crew there doing tree road work no sign until you see the obstacle and the workers there is not enough warning before seeing them which can cause them to get hit
Caller states the 5700 Block of Prospect coming from Knoxville
636 Haungs Ave sidewalk needs repaired. Caller states that the water company with the work they did caller states that someone fell and that it looks horrible
The caller states that the sewer drain in the street has been damaged and should be addressed before someone gets hurt. Caller states it is at the corner
