SR#47916 Is someone from recycling going to clean up this mess they left? This is why they should pickup from alley in our neighborhood. This should have never changed it in the first place.
SR#47991 Complaint: our alley is big enough for both trash and recycling to come through this new rule for our street is more a problem than solution. Someone stole a boxes of papers and they left our bin in the middle of the street, with recyclables scattered through street. We can not control people parking in front of our home. It’s a public street. We need to go back the way it was!!!
